headsets not working

I have had numerous issues with the original headsets I was told are made specifically for the Xbox one. I have tried on 3 separate occasions to get these repaired but have been lied too by the support group as they are called. I am at the point that
if they do not respond to my last email or my messages left for assistance I am going to send them to Xbox in as many pieces as I can possible make them into. I have never experienced such ridiculous support from a service ever! I don't make a lot of money
but do spend my money on my kids and to ensure they do not grow up missing the things they love such as I did. All I ask is Xbox to replace these darn things and give me some that work. We have done the upgrades, on and off thing, reconnecting thing, even
went to Best Buy to return them but that was a zero. Your last update Xbox believe it or not has effected the Xbox one. My boys now experience being dropped out, the Kinect coming in and out, what the heck is going on. I am greatly disappointed in this gaming
thing. I believe it came out before complete testing and operation just to satisfy the wallet of people involved and now playing catch up with all the huge bugs biting them. Fix my sons headsets or replace them that's all I ask!!!!!!!!!!!

Mic problems on my brand new Xbox One

my mic on my xbox one headset is not working ,i a new headset still not working..........come on fix it MS!

Thanks for the link xenomorph. After i followed it my headsets mute light started to flash. its still not working, but at least its doing something. I will probably give microsoft support a call and see what they tell me. Thanks again for the help.
