    Headsets not working on Xbox One S


    Hello! I just got an Xbox One S and am having some issues regarding headsets. I have a Kotion G9000 headset I use with my PS4 with no issues. However, when I plugged it into my new Xbox one controller, nothing happened. Not only did the mich and audio
    not work on the headset, but the system didn’t even seem to recognize it at all. I also tried connecting my Apple headphones in to see if I could get audio on those through the controller, and I’m still not havin any luck. I didn’t alter a few settings to
    experiement with it, but haven’t been able to get it to work. ANY advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

    Xbox one mic not working

    We bought our Xbox one S two months ago, to start off with the headset and mic worked but now they are not working. It is not on mute and I have updated the controller. I have tried a different headset so that is not the issue. I have allowed voice
    communication with everybody. Any other ideas?

    I found a headset that will work perfectly.
    www.amazon.co.uk/.../ref=sr_1_1    . Buy this headset it's not that expensive and it will work for talking with friends and listening to Game sound as well.

    Hi GilgameshRune,

    Sorry to hear you are having issues with your Xbox One and your wireless headset. Can I ask if your headset was working with your Xbox One S before you connected to the Asus monitor or is this all a new setup? I am thinking there may be a compatibility issue
    with the headset.

    Brad mentioned reaching out to the manufacturer, you may want to ask them if the headset you have is compatible with the Xbox One S in wireless mode or if you can only use the headset in wired mode connected via the headphone jack on the controller.
