Headset Xbox One Turtle Beach Stealth 300

Buongiorno, ho un problema legato al microfono delle mie cuffie Stealth 300 per xbox one. In pratica le collego al controller, le accendo, abbasso il microfono e fin qui tutto ok. Entro nel gioco, sento la musica ma non riesco a far andare il microfono.
Io parlo ma non si sente nel gioco. Nelle impostazione del videogioco (Call of duty Warzone) ho abbassato la soglia minima per la voce ma niente. Nelle impostazione audio della console ho le impostazioni corrette perché usando un’altra cuffia il microfono
funziona. Il microfono delle cuffie funziona. Non so più cosa fare.
