Headset XBOX ONE? some suggestions...

Hi there,

I am struggling to find the perfect headset for me.

First, i 'd like to understand which difference there is between an headset with cable and wirless...both they have to be connected to the pad, is this correct?

Second thing, my budget is maximum Euro 150/£118, do you have any suggestion?

(i prefer wirless for sure but if i have to connect the cable for speaking to the pad, in that case, i prefer to take one wired, so i can save moneis).

Please let me know

Looking for some suggestions

I'm currently using a wheel to play Forza 6 the wheel doesn't have place to plug in a headset so I have to use the controller plug in for headset sound and voice. Because I'm not using the controller to play the game the controller automatically turns off
every so often and I have to keep turning it back on. Is there any type of adapter for way to keep the controller from turning off or an adapter to plug my headset directly into the Xbox any suggestions would be helpful thank you.

Hi, I would suggest the Official Xbox One Stereo Headset by Microsoft because it has great sound and comes with the Stereo Adapter and USB cable. It would be good on your budget only costing Euro 36.85. It is wired but I believe that you do have to have
a wired headset for it to work. - King

Actually the OP is the one suggesting he wear his XBox One headset at the same time as wearing his Polk headset.

I'm the one suggesting he use his standard headset until they update the XBox ONE to work with the older expensive headsets or until they release new expensive headsets for the ONE.

Hi! Yeah, I understood you bought a new one but sometimes after market headsets for some reason don’t connect well in some controllers, thats why I suggested you try the headset adapter, Its not a new headset its a piece that connects the headset and controller,
as I had the same problem and thats what fixed mine.

Sorry if that isn’t helpful, Its just a suggestion because I had the same problem and tried all the same things until I got a headset adapter and it works smoothly now.
