    Headset with USB Cord for led light


    I have a Henscoqi Xbox one Headset with a 3m for audio & a usb connector to furnish power to a led light to light up the headset.

    The Headset Audio works is there a way to Connect the USB part of the headset cord to the rear of the XBOX one Controller for power?

    I tried a usb adapter and connected it to the Front of the controller and that did NOT supply power - so What adapter if any to I need to try the rear Connector of the XBOX one Controller?

    USB Surround Sound Headphones Perfect for PS4 but Not Working XBOX One

    The micro-usb port on the controller is not designed for use for headphones.

    The Xbox One Controller is designed for using a headset with a 3.5mm jack. There is no general USB support on the Xbox One console for USB headsets.

    You'll need to buy a headset that's compatible with the console.

    Xbox one elite controlled LED issue

    I got a elite controller and the LED won't light up.. I've tried multiple sets of batteries, the usb power cord, and even the play and charge kit.. The controller seems to be working fine but the home button won't light up.. Is there a fix for this? Thanks

    it is for charging the controller only or connecting to pc/laptop.

    the only way to get audio to a headset via xbox is via the 3.5mm jack, if you require power for the led lights then you need to plug into the usb port of the xbox.

    Xbox wireless headset not working at all

    The problem is: The flashing orange light/solid white light, doesn’t even light up. like the headset is completely dead. MICROSOFTS STEPS WILL WORK. plug the USB-C cord into the headset. NOT THE XBOX YET. then you must turn any other devices connected off(controllers, remotes, etc.) then hold down the mute and power button at the same time. as you’re holding them down, plug the cord into the xbox and it should work again. don’t let go of the buttons till the light turns back on.

    Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Sounds like the USB cord itself. The USB cable that has an led light on it is used for charging the controller primarily with the appropriate Xbox Play and Charge rechargeable battery pack. It might not be able
    to transfer data on a PC to update the controller. Do you have any other USB cable you can try?

    If you run across the same issue with a different cord, try using a different USB port or a different device entirely.

    I use the official Xbox Play and Charge rechargeable battery pack. The issure is that led light does not indicate battery status as it should (though it blinks once when connected therefore it is functional). I have
    another official USB cord with led — it does the same thing. Changing USB port or a different device also does nothing.

    Looks like the issure is inside the controller and its microprogram — maybe there is a way to do a factory reset?
