If you connect your controller via USB to the console and put headphones in it it works?

EDIT : Okay, I've been checking on mine and it is automatic, so you shouldn't do anything.

The only setting I find is :

Guide Button -> Settings Tab -> Audio -> And there you will have three sliders, try to move the second one all to the left and try again.

thank you but i m in the middle at the moment the sound for game comes out from TV and not inside my headset

It's the headset but I would buy the better headset but I would like at what people say about it before you buy it

You play on your Xbox One? if so, do this :

Guide Button - System - Audio - Headset Chat Mixer

All the way to the left to only hear game audio, all the way to the right to only hear party audio. The middle notches are to mix it, so you can get a good game/party ratio that suits you.

Have you tries switching controller? Usually they are quite fragile: especially the jack entrance
