  1. Headset will not plug into the Xbox one Controller?

Hi. I have the day 1 Xbox one. Since then, I'm not able to plug it into the controller. I've got it into the controller once or twice, but took it out for some reason. Anyone else have this problem/solution to this problem?

    Thanks.

    Headset connection direct to console?

is there a place to plug a wired headset directly into the Xbox One and just get chat sound ( no game sound included)? for example, can I plug a USB headset directly into the console for chat only?

    Day One Controller/Headset Issues

Is anyone else out there having issues with being able to plug your day one headset into your day one controller?

I cannot do it. The headset plugs in just fine and easily into my second controller that I purchased but it will not go into my day one controller..

    Help???

    Thanks!

Make sure you push it into the connector until you hear a snap. It may fell like it's going to break but it won't. It's supposed to snap firmly into place. Also if it doesn't go in see if the prongs on the adapter are broken. They should be 2 little black
stems. The might have broken off in the controller port.
