    Terrible customer service agents attempting to replace chat headsets under warranty. Especially when a item is under warranty you usually get a timeframe to send the broken item we have already purchased. Plus this headset is a half *** stock headset that
    I can hear everyone yelling at me and I can't speak back. Putting a multiplayer gamer in a uncomfortable situation twice i mean what's the deal you want us to wait and send you a headset and wait for you to inspect what has already been stated a faulty/broken
    headset that we have already paid for and go on microsofts word of we will send the headset out to you soon as we get yours.... Well I've heard of my friends stories of microsoft telling them they didn't receive there headset. Why would I take that chance
    when I've already paid for a headset that *** out on me within less then a few months. please step up your customer service and send me a replacement and I'll send you the broken one back immediately I mean it's the boom part of the microphone the earpiece
    can listen fine and I updated my controller and everything. im ready to go back to play station soon getting sick of all Microsofts problems and expecting the customers to wait on them longer.

    Xbox one turtle beaches help!

    How will it break your warranty?? If your machine wonks out you could buy another chat headset and put it in the box for replacement....

    1 year but u gotta be careful of what laws where, in NC we cant do anything in terms of your replacement till after microsoft or sonys warranty finishes.

    NeoGTI, your mic not working isn't the headset, I'd bet on it. A ton of us are having the exact same problem sonce microsoft's september update.

    I've tried 3 different mics (one of them literally brand new in the box) on multiple different controllers, and the actual microphone doesn't work on any of them after that update.

    The issue is on microsoft's end, not ours.

    don't pay them they know about their controllers and problems with mic's. they just don't care. they will give u all sorts of stuff to do, but in the end it will be send in for repair or buy new one. just read these forums

    I am also having the same problem with my Xbox One Stereo Headset. I try to select it via the service center but only the chat headset is selectable.

    My headset in only just over a month old and has been working but now the mic is not responding all the time.

    What do I have to do to get a repair/replacement.

    Sorry to hear IPSCJSY, you will unfortunately have to replace this headset as they do not fall under the warranty @ myservice.xbox.com
