    I recently bought a Recon 50x on amazon, and when I first tried it, they worked... at least, the headphones did. The mic did not pick up any sound. My friends and brother could not hear me unless I literally stuck the mic in between my lips so I was kind
    of biting on it, and try to say something. Other than the indecipherable mumbling sounds I could make, the mic didn't work. Any ideas? Please respond. Been trying for a while.

    Try clearing the cache of your console by holding down its powerbutton for 10 seconds.

    Honestly the headset could be broken. You could also try to contact Turtle Beach and see if there still under warranty.
