    Headset trouble

    i think that the xbox one adapter ruined my 2 headsets as when i was using your the adapter with them they have slowly stopped working, first mic stopped, then they started to only work through one ear and now completely stopped working and will not work
    with other devices eg phone or computer

    headset trouble

    Anyone else having trouble with their headset. Mine won't work. I spoke with someone from MS yesterday and she had me restart the xboxone five times which seemed to work but now it's having the same issue.

    I'm playing bf4 and I can't tell if my headset isn't working or they're just not answering. Am I missing something?

    According to the explanation you have provided, please make sure to follow the following steps in order to fix your issue.

    Please follow the the instructions on both links first:

    The next step will be for you to try and use the headset on different controllers and consoles to confirm it is not an issue with the headset itself.

    In case the issue still persists, the next step would be to perform a reset on the console. To do so you will need to follow the steps below to perform a reset on the Xbox :

    Settings > System > Console Info > Reset This Xbox > Reset and Keep my Games and Apps.

    Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

    The last option would be for you to try and request a replacement for your controller from the microsoft website online.

    If nothing from the steps above help you resolve the issue please try to contact the Live Support in case you are the replacement is not successful from your side.

    Hey I have the problem that ive had it for 5 hours and now it wont charge or turn on at all. I did buy it from a store where Im from. Should i still request a headset from you or go back to the dealer ship and see if ill even be able to get a replacement?

    Re move the headset cushioning you’ll see six screws take them out. Then you Can see another four and then remove that cover the battery is stuck to it unplug the battery pack the n plug back in it will charge in work fine for some reason there’s a communication error with a chip it’s like it get static charge and it just stops working I’ve had to unplug my three times and put it back in for it to work properly

    If the headset is plugged into the console with the USB-C cable but isn’t receiving a charge, first check the cable connections to both the console and the headset. If that doesn’t work, try plugging the headset into a different power source (another port on a console or device).

    If it still not charging/ turning on then you should request a replacement

    You’ll need to find your headset’s serial number to register your device and request a replacement. If you still have the device’s original packaging, the serial number can be found on a sticker on the bottom of the box. The serial number is also printed on a sticker located beneath the padding on the headset’s right earcup. To remove the padding and find the serial number:

    Hold the right earcup by the volume dial and gently pull the earcup padding away from the headset.

    The earcup padding will slip off, revealing the headset speaker underneath.

    The headset serial number is printed on a sticker below the speaker.

    Hi Benjamin! Sorry to hear about that. Let's do our best now to figure this out.

    What exactly is your Xbox console model?
    Have you tried charging it on a different USB port or power source or use a different USB cable?

    To further isolate the issue, it would be best if you could test it out on a different Xbox console if it does the same thing.

    Please be sure to follow the guide or suggested steps from the link below under "Functional issues".

    If you've tried all the steps from the link I provided above, you may need to request for a replacement for that particular headset.
