    Headset recommendations that work with the TV as well.


    Looking for some modestly priced headsets for Xbox one that can also be used while I watch tv. Prefer wireless or bluetooth. Im not a high tech person so please keep the language to a 3rd grade level.

    Thanks guys. I have no need for a mic, so I believe Turtle Beach headsets aren't worth my cash? I was told that if I was going to spend £100 then I may as well spend it on a decent set of non gaming headsets, as the sound quality would be better, but I was
    hoping there was someone here in the same boat.

    So any headset recommendations?

    it depends on the headset as well as not all just work with the newer style of pad, it depends on the amount of black rings on the connector on your headset as well, i would recommend looking up your type of headset and seeing if anyone has had any success
    or not.

    Is there any way to play chat through "headset and television" like on the 360?

    My TB headset plays all audio via the headset. I can also hear people talking via the tv. I don't have the sound up on my tv and I use the Kinect to talk to friends. Works really well.

    I have exactly the same problem, working fine through 3.5mm headset jack on controller, next day no sound at all through controller, only through tv. Controllers won't recognise headset plugged in. I have two controller and both the same. Headset ok on other
    devices and worked fine on xbox one s prior. Just randomly stooped recognising headset plugged in.

    Have followed all trouble shooting recommendations and no joy.
