Headset problems when downloading games.

I use turtle beach's stealth 420x and whenever I try playing a game while downloading something I get a harsh buzzing sound or audio cuts completely. I was wondering if this is an issue specific to the headset or if anyone else has had similar problems.
Is there a way to fix this?

Skarlet won't download

I didn't have any problems downloading the pass the en downloading Skarlet when prompted in-game.

Does anyone else notice audio lag in game with downloading or update a game.

Especially when wearing a headset?

There are a couple of things to make sure of before we get into this too hard. First make sure your dongle is fully inserted and that the headset is fully charged. Another thing would be to make sure that the Headset has the latest firmware by attaching
it to your computer as you did when you first unboxed the device.

turtlebeach.com/stealth420X Download the Earforce audio hub on your Mac or PC. Start it up and connect the dongle to the Mac or PC while running the program.

Thank you for the response. My headset worked on another game so apparently COD ghost download has problem with wireless headsets and chats. Thanks again for the help!

It works fine with a headset its only when your in game chat rather than a party chat whoever is using the Kinnect cannot be heard by the others on cross platform but mic and headset no work problems. My friend has the Kinnect but no headset there in lies
the problems.

It is when I do anything on it, the menu, any kind of games, anything. It’s not the headset or controller because I’ve tried different controllers and headsets on the console and the problem continued

this was one of my biggest problems with my older headset, so when upgraded them I make sure the new headset had volume control for both game sound and chat sound
