    Headset, Part/group They can hear me but I cant hear them


    Okay so I have a big problem, my headset is messed up. from the begginning when I first plugged it into my controller and tryed to chat with my friend. he could hear me but I couldn't hear him. The headset is active when I press the volume button it start
    booping(must be the signal meaning max volume). I have open NAT, settings to adult(open to communications). How do I fix it please help!.

    Party chat. They can hear me but i cant hear them.

    I was playing last night and everything was fine, but i go to play today and party chat is acting funny. My friends can hear me but i cant them. Weve tried different parties, some issue, ive tried different friends, no go. Reset my internet and console several
    times. Nat was strict but now open, still no fix. Tried another headset and nothing.

    Please help.

    Hi there...this seems to occur to many others. Sorry.

    I first want to suggest updating your controller firmware

    support.xbox.com/.../update-controller-for-stereo-headset-adapter

    The other resolution is when in a party or game chat....be sure to re-asign your profile to the controller in your hand. This is especially helpful if you do not use a Kinect.
