headset not getting any sound

Discus and support headset not getting any sound in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; hi i have titanfall 2 headset and im getting no sound coming out of it the microphone works i can chat but i cant hear anything please help...     No Sound - Xbox One X (Scorpio)

    Hi Folks,

    I am not getting any sound through the Xbox at all (Tv, games, Menu sounds etc). Looking at the Audio Output options it thinks there is a headset connected (there is not). Even when connecting a headset there is no sound.

    What can I do?

    XBOX ONE SKYPE PROBLEM???

    Has anyone else had a problem with not getting sound through the headset whilst using skype on xbox one

    the headset works fine, it's just not getting sound

    To me it sound like an issue with the headset itself. I am fairly sure the wire connections for game sound and voice sound on Turtle Beach headsets are different so this may be why you get voice sound through both ear cups and only game sound through one,
    I would head over to the Turtle Beach site and contact them regarding the issue.

    The reason you wont get any game sound through your standard Xbox 360 headset is because it is only compatible for voice chat.
