    So as title says, my headset mic sounds perfectly fine because it's connected to my xbox one controller. When i try to connect it to my pc, it sounds horrible. My xbox controller is connected to my pc through a USB cord.

    On your device manufacturer's website you should find drivers and installation methods. It's quite simple.

    Got it. Maybe it's a problem with your audio card drivers. Have you tried to reinstall or install newer version of drivers?
