Headset Issue I am able to hear my friends but they cannot hear me

All of the sudden my headset stop working, i am able to hear my friends but they cannot hear me unless i talk via kinect.

the party chat icon shows as if the headset its connected but its not on (doesn't detect voice), i have open Nat, my party chat is not mute neither the mute button on the controller. i have reset my modem, the xbox , change the power setings, port forward,
update my controller still no luck.

Px4 Headset, party voice not working

Hello MS Support,

I bought a PX4 Turtle beach headset with a Microsoft adaptor.

The sounds of the game is working fine however I can't speak with my friend in a party.

They can hear me but I cannot hear them.

If I plugged the headset we have when we buy the Xbox then unplug and plug my PX4. I can hear them till I speak after that, I cannot hear them again.

I did further check and here is my findings:

If I use the PX4 without plugging it the controller, I can hear my friend. As soon as I plug it, I cannot hear them.

Which mean that the voice works via the Bluetooth connection of the headset but not via controllers.

The original headset send and receive the voice via the controllers.

There are two solutions:

-1 my cable between headset and controller cannot receive the voice and can only send it as my friends are able to hear me.

-2 The PX4 has to receive the voice from the Bluetooth and not via the controllers, which mean it's a software issue.

Did anyone else is using that Headset and has it working in party?

Did anyone had that issue with another headset and fix it? if yes, how?

Is this a known issue that MS will fix in a next coming update?

Same for me and my past two mics and one I got less than one month ago it is stupid and I wish Microsoft could make a mic that didn't break and make something good like they can for other crap but the one big thing of online gaming a mic but they don't make
a good one that doesn't break

 

Hello, I think I understand your problem please make sure these are Microsoft official headsets, if you are using Xbox one.

 

I have 2 official Microsoft headsets doing the same thing. There are multiple you tube posts explaining the same issues with home remedies that don't work. The problem is clearly with the Microsoft products. Why won't Microsoft admit their equipment is defective
and take care of their customers?

just bought a brand new mic, and still have the same issue

 

same thing here, my headset came with my Xbox one console and the headset is always on my desk.. it worked the other day now it doesnt want to work.. it is doing the same as the original issue.
