HEADSET INFO PLEASE READ!!!

Guys I really need help. I have my decision down to these 3.
I have the XO7 all prepaid but if one of the other is better I can switch but got to THIS WEEK!

FACTS:

only want it for gaming.

like tough and comfortable quality.

like good sound.

dont want something that i could loose the mic (I did on a old
pair.lol)

Now I like the XO7 are a gaming headset and are made exsclusivly
for the XB1. I also like how the mic can be moved in front of your mouth,

I like the way the mic can retract on the POLK so it is out
of the way. but worried you might have to speak louder since mic is on side.

Astros got no idea.

Can someone help me out. There are millions of posts all over
the net, most seem to favor the XO7. But I want to come to the source.

I had a set of X41s as well as a pair of trittons... and I love the Turtle Beach.. the sound was perfect... and what I like about the TBs is the pass through sound... but one thing to look for is this pass through.... if I had my TBs on and someone was talking
to me.. you heard it like they were there and you were not wearing a headset.. this is also the case when you are talking.... if you hear yourself.... no need to talk too loud or scream into the mic....I know you didnt mention Trittons.. good sound but no
talk through sound and I found myself almost yelling into the mic... defeating the purpose of a headset...

I would wait till they are all released... go to the store and test them...

I honestly cannot say how the Polk or the Astros sound.. but Polk has been around for YEARS and when I was growing up.. they were known as a very high end audio manufacturer...

BTW.. if you are heading towards wireless.... I SUGGEST buying MANY rechargeable s .. my X41s would go through 2 a night

vr would be another option, I am totally in favor of this feature in xbox, I do not know if would buy, but could have.

Unfortunately Phil Spencer has said that they will not be working on VR anytime soon because according to him the demand is not there yet.

I understand you really want Microsoft to introduce a VR headset but they have already looked into it and decided they are not ready to release their own into the market. They may consider it in the future, possibly with Project Scarlett, but it will not
be for a while yet. Microsoft want to make sure they create a good product that isn't just a copy of all the other ones already out there.
