    headset doesn't work on my Xbox one


    Hello,

    If I put my headset in the controller of the xbox one, then I cant't talk to other people in the party. But I can hear them..

    I've tried almost everything, checked on the internet but no answer to my problem.

    The icon of the headset is visible on the screen so the mic is on, but if I talk then nothing happened with icon I cannot see the sound icon.

    I hope you can help me.

    When my headset works, it works great. But getting it to work sometimes is very frustrating. I've noticed that it doesn't work when I turn on my xbox by saying "xbox on", only when using the controller or console. My friend, however, has the opposite problem.
    His headset doesn't work unless he says "xbox on" to turn on the xbox.

    Also, the headset is a little difficult to unplug, and the cord is really fragile. We're both on our second headset, which is kinda our fault, but worth a mention I think.

    We would like to have a wireless headset similar to this one. We like the one ear headsets best, and the ones made by xbox are always simple.

    Wireless Xbox One S controller is not working with Xbox One headset or any headset

    Purchased an Xbox One S and none of my headsets work with it. I have the xbox one headset with adapter and when plugged in no one in my party can hear me. I know for sure it isn't on mute also. I have tested the headset and it does work. I also have tested
    my bose headset with the controller and it doesn't work on the wireless controller either. The bose headset does, however work on a wired controller I have for the console, but that is besides the point since I want to use a headset with my wireless controller.
