    Headset cutting off while watching HBO (after update)


    Since the latest update for the HBO NOW app we have had our controllers (with headsets plugged in) cut off after about 10 minutes of use. This continues to happen the entire time watching.

    System/Xbox One X

    App/HBO Now

    Issue/controller cuts off after 10 minutes

    Dimming on HBO Now.

    Same here. Xbox one dims while watching game of thrones on HBO Now. This started happening right after the HBO Now received an update. Please HELP.

    Screen auto-dimming after 10 minutes

    While watching HBO Now, the screen will dim after about 10 minutes. I can't find a setting to turn the auto dimming feature off.

    It may seem like a silly question, but how is the battery level on the controller? That might potentially be effective the headphones issue. If things look good in that regard you will want to see if there is a software update for your controller.

    Not a silly question. The batteries are at full charge when this is occurring. Xbox controller is up to date.
