Discus and support Headset Coming out of TV instead of headsrt in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I plugged in the Turtle Beach X12 headset and the audio came out the tv and it was all plugged in and correctly in and was set to play throught...     Headset Coming out of TV instead of headsrt


    I plugged in the Turtle Beach X12 headset and the audio came out the tv and it was all plugged in and correctly in and was set to play throught headphones. Just been on the Live chat for 2 hours anschluss still couldn't resolve the situation.

    Does the Xbox one chat pad come with a headset?

    Do you know if the headset has like 1 jack you plug in that the sound comes into the headset when in a Xbox party and playing a game? Instead of it coming out of the tv.

    Kinect Chat Won't Work

    Sorry to hear it. Can you please head to Settings to make sure that the chat is coming out of the TV speakers instead of the headset? Most likely that is what is causing the issue.

    To get sound from your TV (instead of only your 360) hook the headset's RCA cable (red and white) into your TV's "Audio Out" inputs.

    Assuming you have them, that is- I recently bought a new TV and had to buy a dongle to adapt my headset for use on the set...

    Once you get that squared away, you'll get sound from anything connected to the TV (PS3, 360, TV channels etc)...

    If you headsets in its supposed to come out of the headset, if your not using the headset, it will come out of the TV, even if you turned kinect chat off (just like a 360 without kinect)
