Olá. Tenho um XBOX One S e meu headset é um HyperX Cloud Stinger 2.

Consigo ouvir bem, mas o microfone não funciona quando entro nas partidas. Quando eu crio um grupo, percebo que o microfone funciona pois mostra meu nome na tela como se estivesse falando. Quando saio, para de funcionar. Não consigo me comunicar durante
o jogo. Quando outros membros da equipe falam, ouço e vejo eles na tela. Meu filho tem seu headset e consegue falar e ouvir no perfil dele. Quando uso o headset dele no meu perfil, surge o mesmo problema, isto é, sem áudio. Alguém poderia me indicar as configurações
que devo fazer no X1? Testei o microfone do meu headset em outros aparelhos e funciona.

I can listen well during the game, but headset microphone does not work when in a game. If I create a party, I notice it works cause I see myself on screen when I speak. As soon as I leave the party, it doesn't work anymore. I can't communicate during the
game. I see on the screen that others teammates can communicate and I listen to them. My son has his own headset and profile, and works perfectly. When I use his headset with my profile, the issue persists, I mean, the mic does not work. Does anyone could
tell me the proper settings to solve this issue? I have tested my headset mic in other devices and it works.

your bluetooth headset with mic is designed for audio and talking via bluetooth, the cable that you can plug into your headset and then to the controller only enables audio not mic. lots of bluetooth headsets and headphones are the same, the option to plug in a cable is for audio only.

I doubt getting an answer for my hi-fi headphone - attachable mic - microsoft adapter problem as posted above. It probably would not work anyway. Maybe a compromise solution could be: PC headset with two 3.5mm jacks (audio + mic). The audio jack to the DAC,
mic jack to the adapter.

This might be the only way to get chat audio to the headset while maintaining superior game audio from the DAC. Check out the forthcoming Audio Technica ATH ADG1 PC headset.

Hi there, make sure you are using a headset that is compatible with the console (check manufacturer specs). Other than that go to your audio settings and make sure your input and output is in the desired settings. so if you are using a headset with a mic
- mic input should be headset and if you want game and chat audio to be in the headset as well - select this as well.

There should be a setting in the dash, much the like the 360 that will allow you to route chat audio through your audio output to you TV or whatever you have connected to the XB1 audio output eg. your Turtle Beach headset. Once you have your headset on
you should be able to use the kinect mic to speak to your friends and in game parties. So really the only thing missing is a mic connection from the headset but that can be substituted with the kinect mic iirc.
