Headset chat mixer moves on its own.

And just to confirm, are you not using an insider build in your console. Right?

Hello! Yes I’ve tried this and literally everything. Updated the controller. Updated the headset. Did a hard reset multiple times still won’t work and still has a mind of its own.

What a really strange bug! Started happening totally out of the blue when I was playing and it seems like it’s happening for a few others too haha

Can you double check if maybe the headset needs to be updated?
If everything is up to date, this can be a bit odd. But please try power cycling the console and sync the headset again with it

In case you need to know how to power cycle your console:
1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.
