    After last update my headset chat mixer slider does not work. I slide it and it stays a solid color. I've tried hard reset and left it unplugged for 24 hours. Cleaned 3.5 plug, blew out controller hole, and messed with audio settings ( headset and tv,
    headset only, and tv only). Tried to switch to Sonic , Dolby, and stereo uncompressed. Nothing works.so when I'm in a game with someone they are usually louder then the game and I can no longer adjust it. Does anyone know what's wrong??? I'm very frustrated.

    Did hard reset as I stated. I use canned air. I would never blow on my electronics.
