    Headset Audio Issues


    hey there, i have a sennheiser u320 headset. to hear full surround sound i must plug in the red and white rca cables that came with the headset into the back of my tv and then the other end (2.5mm jack) into the headset's usb dongle. The problem is
    that my tv does not have red and white rca outputs. i was wondering if it is possible to get a HDMI to component cable and do 1 of the following 2 options:

    1. Plug the HDMI end of the HDMI to component cable into the 2nd HDMI output on the back of the xbox one, then plug only the red and white RCA's from the cable into the headset RCA's?

    -OR-

    2. Plug the HDMI end of the HDMI to component cable into the 2nd HDMI output on the back of the tv, then plug only the red and white RCA's from the cable into the headset RCA's?

    I know, maybe i didnt explain it the best, if it is to hard to understand let me know and i will try to simplify it. PLEASE HELP!! THANKS!

    Headset Audio Issues

    Hey all, I was hoping anybody here could give me a hand with some audio problems I've been having through my headset.

    I currently own a Logitech G633 wired headset and use a wired afterglow controller. I've had the headset for about a week, the controller about 2 weeks. My problem is that my headset audio will go choppy for a few seconds sometimes, then cut out all together
    and not come back on. Other times, it'll simply cut out without warning. When I unplug my headset and plug it back in, it'll work for a few seconds, then start acting up again. I've tried using a wireless controller (which I plug directly into the system as
    I was having prior issues with my wireless controller audio) and have even tried using my old Ear Force XO Ones, only to have the issue persist. I was hoping someone in the community could help me before I delve into the underbelly that is customer support.

    No sound from Game DVR?

    Do any of you with audio issues use third party Mics?

    I have been noticing while my headset is plugged in i get no sounds on recordings. But when headset is not plugged in the audio is in the clip

    Sorry to hear about the audio issue! Is your headset plugged into the optical audio port on the Xbox One console or in our Stereo Headset Adapter through the controller?

    I have had this same issue in the past with my wifes headset as well as mine.

    With her headset the actual headset did not allow game audio but, going the Settings>General>Volume & Audio Output : there you will find options that allow you to set up the headset speakers to (headset only) this may solve the issue. As for my headset it
    took me and hour to realize the headset itself had a mute switch on it and turning that off fixed that headset.

    You can look into changing the audio output to external and see if that gets you sound in the headset.
