Headset Adapters Stopped Working

I'm having an issue with 3 different headset adapters, it started right after i updated to the march patch. It was working for a bit then everyone started stating my headset was crackling so i switched adapters i have 3 different adapters all the same model
(not sure if there is an after market one) all 3 had the same issues. I have 3 different headsets: the call of duty edition, a wireless Triton (which isn't wireless) and the default headset that came with the Xbox one. Both the call of duty and Triton had
the same issue, then for no reason at all both headset cut out completely. At 1st i though it was my controller i just bought a new one and i was having issues with it ( left trigger was sticking ) which was only 5 days old from the store so i exchanged it
updated and tried again same problem can hear fine but cannot speak. Both adapters going out at the same time makes no seance. Is this a patch issue? Did the controller kill my adapters? And if it did why dose the sound work but not the mic, and the the default
headset with the adapter work but thats not the same design adapter so i dont understand whats going on. Please if you can help i would appreciate some. Thanks in advance

Xbox One mic will not work. Can hear but nobody can hear me. HELP.

My headset voice chat randomly stopped working.

My mic and party are not muted.

I've done hard restarts on my xbox.

I've reset my router.

I've literally tried everything.

I have a turtle beach xo four headset that I tried on 3 controllers. Nothing.

I went and bought a new microsoft headset and a new controller. Nothing.

To recap. 2 headsets, 2 adapters, 4 controllers and I'm ready to throw this thing away.

Please. Help.

Have you updated the controller firmware with the chat adapters connected?

 

Yes of course I did I force the update in all of them talked with Xbox there solution was the to a factory reset.

 

I am having this problem as well. it appears the stereo headphone adapter is failing bc the headphones themselves still work and all firmware is updated.

Do anyone have an answer here?
