    Hey guys. Im having trouble with my xbone headset. I have the turtle beach xo7 and ever since i got the new dashboard update my mic won't work. When I'm in the party chat my voice will go to game chat. The people in my party can not hear me at all. If we
    all go into the game chat my mic works perfect. I'm able to hear them and they can hear me. Any one else have this problem or a solution. Any xbox staff have any update on this.

    Its only the adapter that updates the headset is plugged in just so the adapter is powered up as I said see if your stereo headset woks with the TB Adapter if it doesn't then you will have to use the Microsoft adapter for the stereo headset.

    Has anyone returned their headset or headset adapter to see if a new headset adapter fixed this issue?

    I am beginning to think that it might be a problem with the headset adapter and not the firmware update.

    This doesn't seem to be an epidemic but more of an isolated problem for certain customers.

    •You can only connect an Xbox 360 Chat Headset using the stereo headset adapter with a 2.5-mm to 3.5-mm converter, which comes with the Xbox One Stereo Headset Adapter. The Xbox One Stereo Headset does not include this adapter cable.
