    Headphones Turtle Beach


    Help please. My son is now onto his 4th set of headphones on Xbox One. These sometimes intermittently work however for past 4 days we keep getting message saying cannot find microphone for this device. I have even bought new controller but still does not
    work. Just been to Game to exchange the headphones for brand new pair and still getting the message. Tried updating all controllers and yes I've turned console off and on. Is this a problem with actual console - everything thing else works fine apart from
    headset?
