    Help please! My son's headphones & microphone won't work with his Xbox One. I have tried 3x headphones (all of which work on other devices) and have tried a new Xbox controller. I have looked in Settings but couldn't find amything.

    It's dependant on the headphones you have. It currently works with the larger official xbox one headphones in have.
