    Headphones Mic Does not work!


    Bought new headphones for Xbox One Wireless Controller. Music and mic work on my end but my friend can't hear me speak to him on his end. (Game Party Chat Online)Was on the phone today for one hour with technical customer support. Could not figure out problem
    or have a solution. Need help. Thanks!

    support for beats by dre ur beats earbud headset?

    the headset works as headphone but mic does not function but works on pc xbox beta app parties. is there a fix for this?

    Will my Turtle beach X41 work on Xbox one? if not why not?

    The headphones will work but not the mic until they release an adapter.

    Its built into the cord that i connect to the headphones but the cord didnt originally come with the headphones but the mic does work

    Yes I’ve tryd few different controllers and few different headphones all controllers and headphones work on rest of our Xboxes it was working fine can hear and have done mic test so that does work just not in party chat also rebooted everything thanks

    Uneasy, that might actually work. Then again, so does the Kinect mic. Kinect unfortunately also picks up on ambient sounds too. There's a rumor than some time around Feb there will be a next gen adapter for the TB headphones mic.

    How did you manage do use Kinect as mic while your headphones are connected to the controller? As soon as I plug in my headphones into the Stereo Headset Adapter my Kinect won't work as mic anymore... Strange thing is, this also happens if my headphones
    don't have an integrated mic
