headphones doesn't working when plug in to xbox one controller .

I have a pc with window 10 installed and Im using an xbox one controller and Kingston's hyperx headphones . Everything going fine until the headphones somehow doesn't working anymore . I tried to plug directly into my computer and it work fine , my controller
is normal , and then I even tried to plug the headphones into ps4 controller and it work flawessly .

Stereo Headset adapter...crackling audio

I bought the headphone/adapter bundle and am noticing the same thing. It doesn't matter if I plug it in to the Titanfall controller, or the Day One controller, same issue. The controller is only 15' away from the console when it happens, and it usually doesn't
have an issue for the first few minutes of use.

I have tried it with my iPhone Ear Pods, as well as the Xbox One Stereo Headphones. It is more pronounced on the Xbox One Stereo Headphones, but I assume that is because the quality is better.

I would appreciate any solutions. Otherwise, these are destined to be returned.

my micro it doesn´t work when i plug it to my controller

1.i have the normal headphones of xbox, one day the micro stop working and i thought that it was broken or something but today i just discovered that the micro actually works, when i plug the headphones to my laptop the micro works perfectly,
i don´t know what to do because i plug another micro to my controller and everything it´s fine

Same here.

It messed up my Elite Controller too, because now the mic on my [SONY] headphones doesn't work. Yet it works when i plug it into a regular controller...

Me personally i have headphones that came with my samsung note 9 and they are awesome headphones sound great but some reason mic doesn't work but mic works when they plugged into the phone and my controllers are up to date and i have more than one and
its the same on all

Thanks for reaching out to us! So, the second headphones being used cause the screen to flicker when plugged into the controller? I do have a few questions:

Is it the whole screen that flickers when the headphones are plugged in?
What type of headphones are being used?
Is there any sound at least when the second headphones are plugged in?
