    Hello.

    I have an HP wireless X1000 headphones, however I can't connect them to Xbox series X because it doesn't recognize the pen that connects them.

    As such I would like to know if there is any way to connect them.

    Hi Alan72 - do the headphones come with an audio cable? If so just connect them directly into the Xbox controller. I am not sure if the Arctis 7 headphones are compatible with the xbox when wireless.

    You can connect wireless headphones if it's made or compatible with an Xbox console. It will be shown on the headphone's product page.

    Wired or wireless (for each console): Wireless for all

    Things you have tried: Port forwarding, Port triggering, Static IP, holding the triggers and bumpers when testing connection, Put the xbox into Energy Saving mode. It's mostly on Strict and only sometimes it will go to moderate by itself.

    Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown: Yes

    Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type? Strict

    Any Error Codes you encounter: When testing multiplayer connection, i get a Cannot get a Teredo IP.

    Who is your ISP?(Internet Service Provider): Axxess

    This applies to both consoles.
