    Hi all,

    Can anyone advise me how to remove this mute icon? I have tried youtube tutorials and asking in store but no luck.

    It has be like this for months and he is driving me mad about it.

    Any advice greatly appreciated.

    It depends how jack is working. Because on my Beats Mixr headphones mic is not working, but on phone and other devices it is working. It is because jack have different set of the circles. Maybe this could be the issue. I have seen year ago thread on forums
    about it.

    Have you had the problem for long? at one stage we were using a different controller which had broken buttons which allowed us to hear and chat but now it doesn't work at all

    The headphones are working and the account has no audio restrictions. the controllers are not factory issues there were brought recently.
