Headphone Jack not working

Hello, the headphones has both USB and jack port, I used to jack with my controller, no adapter is needed.

I can see how not being able to use your headsets like this could get frustrating and concerning.

I see that you've tried a couple of different controllers and headsets. Have you by any chance, tried using an Xbox One Stereo headset adapter to link these accessories?

It's designed to help connect the controller to compatible third party headsets and keep them connected.

When you get a chance, give those steps a shot and let us know how that helped.

I have done 4 controllers and 3 different brands of headsets. They all work for about a week, tops, and then quit working.

This is ridiculous.

I had this same problem. It turned out to be a bad headphone jack on the controller. After replacing the jack it works fine.
