Headphone audio only playing out of 1 side

Hello all, so a few days ago I started having an issue with my logitech g pro wired headset, randomly in the middle of a game when talking to some friends all of my audio cut out for a few seconds. After 10 seconds or so the audio cane back, however I
could only hear the party chat, no game audio, and i could only hear out of the left part of my headset. After some googling and fiddling around I was able to get my game volume back, however whenever i turn my xbox off and then back on I have to fo through
a painstaking process where for some reason by default all of my game audio is silenced and I can only hear party chat. To fix this issue i need to replug in my headset a number of times before the audio mixer finally comes up and allows me to change the headset
audio from party only to both game and party. This however is not the main issue. The main issue is that still after all of this i can only hear out of the left side of my headset. I use the same headset for both my computer and my xbox and i could only hear
out of 1 side on both devices so i figured ot must be something with the wire that was causing the issue. However, when i went back to try my old a10 astros which i stopped using a year ago or so, they too could only hear audio out of the left side of the
headset on both my computer and my xbox. I tried swapping controllers, and swapping inputs on my computer. When i stopped using the astros they didnt have this issue, so i am truely stumped as to what is happening. I was planning on buying a new headset since
the logitech ones stopped working, but since i am having the same problem with 2 headsets on 2 different devices i dont want to buy another headset just to have the same problem. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions i am all ears. Thankyou!
