    hi all ive my little boys head set has all of a sudden stopped working ive tried 2 head sets plus my iphone head set ive also tried 3 of his controllers with all the head sets ive re booted his xbox and ive updated his control pads
    and still its not connecting so he cant talk to his friends can someone please help me hes going out of his mind ive also configured the xbox to the controllers ;(

    turtle beach head sets are from a small beach in japan named for some turtles whos radiation interfeirs with radio signals.

    This seems to be a common problem. Either the audio ports on the controllers are of very poor quality or something with the system software is a problem.
