he tried to hack my account

he is horrible all I want is peace he spams me twenty four seven and he all ways trust to hack my account I just want him banned reported I don't care I want him gone now!

I Need To Report A Hacker

I KNOW a hacker that has stolen hundreds of dollars from Microsoft and has glitched his perma-banned account, I've tried reporting him on xbox but nothing happened, I have proof that the person is a hacker and knows others. He has told me all the hacks he
has done and the reason I know is because he tried to get me to join him. He has taken my fiend's account several times and two of my friends are witnesses.

 

"Make This My Home Xbox"

So my ex friend attempted to hack my account but he failed miserably and I got my account back on time. But my problem is before he tried to hack my account, he went onto my account and put the settings on "Make My Home Xbox". How do I reverse that? Like
how do I stop him from having the games I'm going to have later on in the future?

-I changed the password on my account so he can't get on it anymore. But I'm unsure if he still has my xbox as his Home Xbox. Please help me ASAP.

If you've summitted the report, and blocked the player you have to wait for the enforcement team to finish up their investigation. Unfortunately investigations take time.

You can change your account privacy settings as well to help prevent the user contacting you. Follow the steps

here.

Be sure you never respond to the user (which I'm sure you're following). If you feel in danger, you need to get your local law enforcement involved.

 

First of all, to make sure no one can hack into your account, go to
https://account.live.com/Proofs/Manage and make sure you have Two Step Verification enabled, and that you have set up the Authenticator App on your phone. With Two Step Verification and the Authenticator App, no one can hack into your account, unless they
also manage to physically steal your phone.

While you're on that page, check your security info, that only YOUR phone numbers and secondary email addresses are there. If there are other phone numbers or email addresses added by a hacker, they can use these to recover your account! So make sure ONLY
your own phone numbers and emails are present, and up to date.

After you secured your account, make sure to block the person that harasses you.

If the person uses multiple accounts to get around your blocks, go to
https://account.xbox.com/settings and temporarily set your online and privacy settings to "Friends only", so only people that you have on your friend list can contact you. People that are not on your friend list will be blocked.
