Yes, I did leave a message on Facebook also, but nothing posted there has helped. This suggestion didn't help either. I'm right next to my Wi-Fi, and my connection is excellent. There are no limits on data set in my OS. Deleting the "LocalState" cache
didn't seem to do anything..? But then, I'm not quite sure what you mean by "make sure you are signed into Live"? Are you saying I should be signed into my Live account within Microsoft Jigsaw, then delete the cache? What do I do after that, restart the
game, reboot my laptop, or something else? Please elaborate a bit...thanks.

Hi, I have just installed MS Puzzle on my Surface (found out about it through in-game advertising). I can't get past the main screen before it crashes - and it's consistent. I have 8.1 and plenty of memory. Can someone please help me play at least ONE game?
