    I'm from Peru and I buy a xbox one and one gold subscription of 1 year, but I have trouble losing games 360 , now I have the forza horizon , and this with the one , the game no problem, but I can not lower the mirrow edge . it should , say the region
    , but if so would not have the horizon , tambnien gave me the download on a 360 , I mean I bought a one for now temabien have k buy the anteriror , I'm pretty mortified with this.

    XBOX Does Not Listen!!! to Its Customers !!! Lack of Support, Lack of User Friendly , Lack of Interfacing, Bloated Menu, issues.

    we have two xbox 360s one for my twin girls and one for my son and his new xbox one he doesnt play anymore, due to lack of his friends not being able to play with and not being able to play his games he used to on xbox one. two reasons people leave xbox
    gaming when xbox could easily fix that. rather than jump over a dollar to save a dime..long term customers you guys will lose xbox. out of fear of competition and lack of people changing to xbox one from xbox 360... poor planning on your part wont prevent
    a bigger loss in the long run.

    Your region is not set in the same place where your console is physically located this causes the issue you are experiencing.

    Doesn't the hard drive format to the Xbox one? So he would lose the games if plugged in to a PC or laptop? I could be wrong.

    You'd still be able to play them if purchased. Its only Xbox One / Series SX games that need Internet. However, any games you purchased through GWG for free will be unplayable as you need an active subscription. Hope this info helps
