    I think I got an idea with what is wrong.. Example: say the OP buys a discounted game from the Deals with Gold promotion. Lets just say he downloaded Tomb Raider. He disconnects his Xbox One from the internet and goes to play his newly acquired game Tomb
    Raider offline but it wont let him play it. Why cant he play the game he bought? Am I close OP?

    Cant play game downloaded from licenses transfer

    me and my friend did a licenses transfer. he got gta 4 and minecraft from me. I got call of duty black ops 2 from him. he can play the games on his account but I cant play the game he gave me on my account. ive deleted te game and re downloaded it ive deleted
    my profile and re downloaded it but it still wont work when eve I click on he game it says cant launch black ops 2 what do I do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Please keep in mind he cant install gamepass games without logining into your profile first

    Once he downloads them he can play them on his profile

    And fyi if you make his your home you must login online everytime to use the games

    did that but why wont they play on his my profile is still on it i can play the games on my pro file but he cant play on his profile- BUT HE HAS BEEN DOING THAT FOR YEARS now he cant.

    why cant he play his digital games? Cant we do that now? cant we sign into our GT and go to download history and redownload it on the 360 we are on? I have never done it but I thought someone said they do it all the time.
