HDTV Suggestions?

I don't understand why I have no issues with my TV and some people have issues, I thought that a TV was simply just a TV. I guess I was mistaken.

Thanks for the info guys. And @ Farscape problem is pretty heavy FPS drops and overall motion smoothless like when I turn my camera. When the sun starts to go down in GTA V and all the lights and such turn on then I drop FPS a lot. Or if I go off road where
there's dirt kicking up and stuff I drop to like... 13FPS and it's horrible to try and steer.

What do you guys think about the Sony KDL-32R330B? Considering I'm just going for a 32" I don't believe I'll notice a difference between 720 or 1080p and it looks pretty good.

Sony w800b 55'... best dam tv all around and makes the graphics on the xbox one glow. Lowest lag on the market. Been through about 15 of the top gaming displays, from 32 to 55 and the w800b won hands down.

I'm extremely happy with my 42" 1080P 240hz Vizio, has game mode and Movie look amazing to!!!! Got it for under 500.00 on Amazon.

32 inch with 1080p 120 hz would be sweet for a gaming room. It all depends on what you game and how much does settings and specs matter to you.

I had slight audio and video lag on my LG 4k tv but some tvs like mine come with options to delay audio and video now I have no lag at all took a little playing about in the end audio was 0.67ms out and video was 0.78ms out

Current display is a 32" Dynex 720P 60 Refresh rate. And I believe it's the display or HDMI port because it works fine on my brothers TV which is an old Toshiba.

1. Just be aware that some HDMI ports on televisions or multimedia displays, are not designed for gaming consoles with varying frame rates, and user manual will generally state what HDMI port is recommended for lower input lag and/or higher refresh rates
etc.

2. Samsung are not necessarily the best on market, and some models do have issues.

Panasonic, Sharp (Own Pioneer) and LG have been releasing some great quality televisions as of late.

Please explain what kind of lag you are experiencing so then people on here can suggest more options.
