HDR since 2/24 update

Discus and support HDR since 2/24 update in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Since the latest XBox software update I received 2/24/21 I cannot run games that use HDR.     Since the latest XBox software update I received 2/24/21 I cannot run games that use HDR. The games start to load and all freeze part way through.

    Only fix I've found is to turn off HDR settings on XBox.

    Been through all of the troubleshooters,etc.

    Anyone else having this issue?

    Reading all the lines on screen - monitor does not support all modes for HDR - only 24 Hz.

    But gaming will be fine 4K without HDR. I don't think you will see games locked at 24 Hz, but films may work with HDR.

    That's how I interpret it.

    UPDATE: It's a HDR issue and you have to turn off hdr10 in the xbox settings which is bad since HDR is lost. It also appears the UHD version is in standard definition.

    Tryed all modes. the game mode with destiny 2 worked but it seems to me since there wasn’t a singel information from the tv „hdr on“ that there was no hdr. And with a 4k movie there are still the problems also with netflix when i want to watch something

    Freesync over original Xbox

    According to the
    news about the April update    , the whole Xbox One family (including the original Xbox One) supports Freesync, with the Xbox One S and X models also supporting Freesync 2 with HDR.

    Maybe your Display Port adapter is preventing the console from properly detecting the Freesync capable monitor.
