HDR problems with an Xbox one X can anyone help?

This might not work but I read somewhere that changing your HDMI port might help? I did this whilst playing RDR2 and the change was very noticeable.

Unless it’s a problem with TV problems itself, your TV may not just be suited to full 4K HDR. I know from experience i bought a Sony Bravia 4K TV to go with my Xbox One X when i first bought it and i had this exact issue.

Have you tried other hdmi ports? maybe the cable is an old hdmi cable that doesnt support the hdr transmission?

First off have you checked this troubleshoot page?

On your xbox you can also go to settings > Display & sound. Under Advanced choose Video mode and check if Allow HDR is checked.

Like asked above it would be usefull to know what your TV model is, some tvs only support 4k / HDR10 etc on certain hdmi ports and not on all of them.

Last thing you could check your TV settings as sometimes you have to manually turn on HDR, I found an article that explains it pretty well.
