hdmi to scart adaptor

Is it possible to use a hdmi to scart adapter on my tv to play xbox one?

I'm sure they will make a HDMI adaptor to component/composite/scart available.

 

XBOX360 To Surround Sound

My XBOX360 Is connected to my TV Via an HDMI Cable, I have bought the sound Adaptor that goes into the SCART Socket below the HDMI Cable. I have got a red/white phono lead going into the sound adaptor from the xbox and into the back of my DVD Player. However
there is no sound coming from my dvd players surround sound speakers.. Any help greatly Appreciated!

I can't answer your question but there will be people secret sneering questioning why don't have a tv with a hdmi port or why do you want to play it through an inferior port. I'm not one of them because when the original Xbox came out my tv never had a scart
socket! I had to play my Xbox through the VCR!!!

I'd be surprised if there isn't an adaptor for your requirements.

as long as it is a powered adapter and not one of the cheap £3 cables as hdmi is a digital signal and scart analogue ( they don't mix)
