Hdmi signal loss

I'm sorry to hear about this issue being experienced with HDMI signal loss. I'd be happy to try and help.

So to clarify, you sent the Xbox in originally because there was no signal on the screen, they sent it back and it worked for a while, but now it's doing the same thing, is that correct?

Are you using the same HDMI cable that came with the Xbox One X? It's important to use that cable or another high speed 4K HDMI cable.

Go ahead and do a
hard reset and power cycle. Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 2-3 minutes. Then re-connect and
turn on the Xbox. Make sure your Xbox is plugged directly into the power outlet on the wall and not in ay other power strip or surge protector.

If you're having the same issue and you've already tried another HDMI, then I suggest trying the steps outlined Troubleshooting
a blank TV screen or monitor while your Xbox One is on.

If that doesn't do the trick and the console's issue still persists, then I think you should then contact
customer support
so that they can see if there's a means to change out your console rather than getting the same unit back with a new and different repair order.

When you get a chance, give those steps a shot and let us know how that helped in resolution of the problem.

Also have you tried different inputs on the TV or checking another TV in general?

Have you tried using a different HDMI cord? I've had the same issue before and switching to a new cord fixed the problem.
