    Hi guys,

    I would like to not only watch TV through my Xbox but also through a separate HDMI port on the TV. This way I don't have to turn on the XBOX everytime I want to watch TV.

    I tried a cable splitter - 1 output into the Xbox, 1 into a separate TV HDMI port, but this blew out the main board on my TV.

    Does anyone have a solution to this? I want to be able to just watch TV without going through the XBOX but I would also like to watch TV through the Xbox sometimes. Any ideas?

    Why does TV look like garbage on the Xbox One?

    TV looks great on my XB1. Something must be wrong with your setup or maybe your HDMI out.

    Advice for new TV or computer monitor for Gaming

    both are good in their own right's but are you using a HDMI setup. If using a HDMI setup please make sure that the monitor or TV has HDMI before setting it up anywhere. Also I have a 32" TV that I'm using for my gaming works wonderful

    Receiver - HDMI From Video Out to HDMI Port on TV

    Looking for good HDMI Splitter so I can use my Xbox One on my tv and on my pc.

    The Sewell SW-8876 switch I recommended should work perfect for you. You will need 3 HDMI wires.

    1. You run 1 HDMI wire from your X1 into the HDMI switch "IN".

    2. Run another HDMI wire from the HDMI switch "(1) OUT" to your 24" TV.

    3. Run the final HDMI wire from the other HDMI switch "(2) OUT" to your 40" TV.

    Its seriously the exact same setup I am using but I have my PS3 setup like this where you are using the X1. Exact same setup. In fact my tv sizes are almost identical. lol
