HDMI set

You can also plug the xbox into the tv that works and set the resolution to 480i. This is the lowest HDMI setting, from there on you can connect the xbox to the tv you are having trouble with and up the resolution one step at a time to see what you maximum
resolution on that tv is.

Just to confirm, your Xbox video signal isn't recognized by the TV?
Or what's going on exactly with your setup?
When you connect the console the Apple 4K doesn't work and vice versa?
Did you tried connecting the console directly to the TV ?

And, tell me what did you tried so far to fix this?

try to reset the display settings to factory defaults via these steps

If the display problem is still not resolved, reset the display settings of your console. Here's how:

1.Remove any discs from the disc tray.

2.Turn off the console.

3.Turn on the console.

Note If you are using an Xbox 360 Wireless Controller, turn on the console by using the Guide button on the controller. Make sure that you use the player 1 controller when you do this. The player 1 controller will have the upper-left light illuminated.

4.As the console starts, on the controller, press and hold Y while pulling the right trigger. The display settings are reset to the default settings, and then the console automatically restarts.

That should reset the display settings and you should be able to set it up correctly again.

I'm not using my cable box with my One. This is the system wide setting located in Settings, Display & Audio.

Surround sound is only currently available from a DVD or Blue Ray. The Xbox One will not pass your cable surround sound through to your home theater receiver, it will only be stereo. There is a beta for this:
