HDMI problems.

How do i start?

Well, i have a problem whit my "new" xbox 360 elite (the black that comes whit kinect) that i just buyed from a friend.

I have 3 hd tv's in my house, one in my bedroom (sony bravia 32" its old like from 2008/9), one in my living room (samsung 40" maybe a little bigger idk its a smart tv full hd and all that ****, new) and one in my "office/workplace" (samsung maybe 21"?
Idk also new). The problem is that the first two (the big one's) don't recognize the signal but in the small one goes just fine.

(My friend had 2 generic TV's and it worked in both)

HELP ME PLS, I don't know what to do .D

P.s: Its not the cable i tried whit 3 diferent hdmi Cable's whit diferent quality's but its the same

P.s 2: the Sony Bravia recognized the rgb ( i think it's called that way? The cabel whit 3 ends red, yellow and white) but i didn't try it in the 40" Samsung.

HDMI Problems

You will need to buy the official HDMI cable which includes the official HDMI adapter. That will solve your problem.

 

HDMI In problems

I had problems where I lost all video from my Xbox One just after setting up the HDMI in stuff. Because I couldn't see anything, I couldn't turn the Xbox off. I tried holding the power button on the Xbox itself until the light went out which did a full turn
off. Turning it back on seemed to sort the issue, although I've not used the TV stuff much since because I get too big a deal on my surround sound at the moment (hoping to sort that). Might be worth doing a full shut down in a similar way?

I'm sorry to see any display issues with the Xbox 360 you just purchased! It might be that the resolution isn't optimum for the console itself. You can try out the steps on our

If that doesn't work, then you will likely want to get your console repaired. The steps for that are also listed in that support article.

Hi! I just tried every thing, i used the small samsung and config the xbox whit the worst quality and... nothing, whit the optimum for the sony and... nothing, i even put everything in auto and... nothing.

1 its not the cable

2 somthing weird its that the tv recognizes the xbox as a pc.

3 i tried the Y + RT and nothing too.

4 is not the console becouse its just whit the big ones

IDK what to do .D

 

Thanks for letting me know what all you tried! That's always helpful for us.

It's likely that it's the TVs then. They may not be registering the console properly for whatever reason. While it's not ideal in the current technological world, you may need to use the component (the RGB) cable to get a screen.

Have you tried the component cable in the other Samsung yet? It may also be that the HDMI port on the console is failing and you have to go with the component cable on this console. Let me know how that goes!
