    HDMI problems on x box one s


    I have a X Box one S and since downloading Forza Horizon 4 the HDMI link with the TV has started to phase in and out. Mostly I am left with a black screen. This does not just happen when playing Forza, it also happens when the console is initially loading
    up and playing other games. Tried a different TV which is running an older x box one and Forza 4 fine, but the same problem happens. Tried a number of different HDMI cables as well. The console is less than a year old so hoping its not the actual socket as
    thought it would be built a little bit better than that to be honest.

    How To Connect PC To XBox, Or Vise Versa.

    I Have PC & X Box One-S, And 1 TV With Only One HDMI Port. Can I Connect PC To X Box Or Vise Versa So I Don't Have To Keep Moving All My Speakers Aside & Crawling Under My Table To Switch The Ports Then Re-Arranging Everything Perfectly Because I Have OCD?
    Thanks. To Clarify, I Want To Be Able To Plug My PC Into My X Box One-S Via HDMI On It's Second HDMI Port, So On The X Box I Can Switch Between Streaming X Box Or PC To The TV. Thank You!

    Connecting X BOX ONE S to a Sanyo projector

    Hello all.

    I will be purchasing an X BOX ONE S in the near future and I need some assistance with it.

    I would like to know if it is possible for me to connect my xbox one s to my sanyo projector. I will connect the xbox to the AMP. There are HDMI slots, but I am not too sure if there are AC cable slots.

    I would like to know if my X Box will work with my projector.

    After that I also want to know how buying games on x box one s works.

    I recommend trying a
    How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One     and see if that helps. You should start off with the "Keep my Games and Apps" option of the factory reset first. Keep in mind you will need to have your Microsoft Account email and password in order
    to recover your account after the reset. If the reset doesn't help with the problem you may need to

    Contact Xbox Customer Support and see what options may be available.

    The Xbox One X is the only console that has HDMI 2.1. Xbox One S has HDMI 2.0.
    The Xbox One S and One X both use HDMI 2.0,

    The Xbox One uses HDMI 1.4

    The Series X will have HDMI 2.1.

    So are you saying you plugged your cable box into the HDMI passthrough on the One X?

    If the cable box is defaulting to a lower resolution when connected into the Xbox One X's HDMI passthrough, you should be able to adjust the display output in the cable box's settings menu.
