Hdmi output port not working properly

I was just wondering my Xbox one s hdmi output port is not working properly so I'm not able to play I was wondering if it's covered by the warranty or not it's very frustrating in know it's still in the warranty period sometimes it works sometimes it dosnt
then when I plug it into my 4k TV it works straight away no problems but any other normal 1080 HD TV I've tried 3 others I have in the house it only works sometimes or I have to jiggle it around to get it going is this sort of thing covered by the warranty

Eh, your "solution" isn't ideal.



AV port cables are pinned to tell the 360 how to output video and audio. While cracking open cables works sometimes, you're left with an HDMI output that doesn't support HDCP and potentially display resolutions listed as X by Y, not HDTV standards.



The proper thin AV audio adapter that sits alongside HDMI cables tells the 360 that audio can go via the adapter and video goes via HDMI, retaining HDCP support and allowing the HDMI port to properly handshake with attache devices.

 

Xbox one to my laptop

Only one HDMI port? It's an output, not an input. Won't work.

 

Have you tried using a different HDMI cable?

If you want to go ahead and register your console at
device support, it should tell you there whether or not it's in warranty afterwards. You should also be able to get a repair order created there as well.

If you have problems creating a repair, then I would go ahead and try to contact support so they can outline all your service repair options via chat or on the phone.

Try a BRANK NEW HDMI cable, and blow dust out of ports, after that, if still issue, try to use different advanced settings, some tvs cant have certain things enabled, but ether way you can start by clicking link to start the in warranty repair or
out-of-warranty repair, Xbox One Support | Xbox 360 Support | Xbox Live and Billing Support

 

I Have done exactly this and they are sending me a new device thanks for the advice it has helped me greatly.

Try using different HDMI cable. If this do not work, maybe there is problem with your console.

 

The solution was to send it to device support which i have done they have received it and a new console is now on its way to me thanks for all your help much appreciated.
