Hdmi outport not connecting to t.v.

This is the third time i've had this problem, i put the hdmi chord in the out port on the xb1, i put the other side in the t.v, i boot it up and it says "no signal" on the t.v. I got it to work sometimes by wiggleing the chord for 20 minuites but there must
be an easy quicker solution. Maybe its cause im using a sony tv lol, but if anyone could help id apreciate it.

My Xbox 360 refuses to connect to my Playstation 3D Display via HDMI.

My xbox 360 wont connect to my Playstation 3D Display t.v.via HDMI. I tried using 3 different HDMI cables, they didnt work. Then i tried to plug in my xbox to annother t.v. (via HDMI). and I could see the display. (So I know the xbox HDMI port is not
broken nor the HDMI cable). I then pluged my PS3 via HDMI, into my 3D t.v. and it worked (So I know thet the 3D t.v. HDMI ports are not broken).Iv been using this setup for about a year, and all of a sudden the t.v. decides to refuse my Xbox.

Any suggestions?

Green tint

Sounds like either a faulty HDMI cable or a faulty HDMI port on your T.V. Do you have the option to try a different HDMI cable? Also if you can try a different HDMI port on your T.V

If those idea's don't work please post back on here.

Hi smitty, Try doing a hard reset on your console by go holding the power button on the front of the console down until it shuts off then unplug it from the outlet for 30 seconds. After 30 seconds plug it back in and power back on and see if the problem
is fixed. It also sounds like you might have a bad hdmi cable. Try another cable if you have one and see if it works.

Hi there have you connected it to the right HDMI port on your xbox bear in mind there are 2 ports one to T.V and one from t.v hope this helps.

Make sure that the display settings are set-up for your T.V.s resolution. Your T.V may also need to switch to another setting for HDMI connected devices. My t.v has to be set to Movie or my Netflix won't play through my Xbox it also just gives me a black
screen until I change the setting.
